Persist careers

Persist is a B2B support service that helps companies provide support for employees going out on parental leave. The program is three-fold: (1) professional coaching that begins prior to leave to help couples welcoming a baby understand and execute a more equitable distribution of domestic labor, as well as communication tools for maintaining equilibrium; (2) technology to help visualize, distribute, and manage household labor; and (3) personal assistant ("Persistant") support to outsource select tasks, help working parents get time back, and enable companies to retain a more productive and focused workforce.
