Culture and benefits at PayDock

Culture means everything at PayDock. Our leadership team invests heavily in a culture of transparency, accountability, excellence and fun. We want to be the best at what we do, so we hold each other to a high standards. And at the same time, we know how to have fun. We know when to put the laptop aside, pop a bottle of something delicious and celebrate a big milestone. As a company, we've participated in various sporting events (including the Athens Marathon!) and are currently planning a model plane competition. Let's see how that goes, hey... ;) Our software development team holds daily standup meeting that are short and sharp. The entire company comes together for an "All Hands" every fortnight and we hear form each person what their highs and lows have been. During those all hands meeting, the management gives broader company updates on capital, structures, clients and partners. We are a global team with resources in the UK, Australia, Ukraine and Israel.
