* The main pain points we are trying to solve is that remittance receivers in Jamaica and the Caribbean are having to stand and wait several hours in long lines just to collect their money. * Additionally A significant percentage of the Latin America & Caribbean population don’t have access to bank accounts or traditional banking services because of unnecessary document requirements such as a proof of address from a Justice of the peace, proof of employment and source of funds which most will not be able to provide because of the high unemployment rate in the region. * Furthermore A large part of the LAC banking population is underbanked and as such they don't have access to even things such as debit, credit or prepaid card that can be used to shop online or in stores. So they have to go to other third parties that does online shopping and pay them to use their credit card to purchase things on their behalf which can be expensive at times.
