• 5+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience, ideally with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js, including experience building data-intensive applications.

• Extend and maintain core data models that power Pave's compensation intelligence products
• Design scalable data pipelines that support production use cases across our product suite, with an emphasis on Market Data

• Lead and grow an engineering team building the core planning and recommendation workflows used by compensation teams at companies like OpenAI, Databricks, and Atlassian
• Manage the team while staying close to the code: you should be comfortable reviewing designs and diving into implementation details when needed

• 2+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience, ideally with modern web technologies such as TypeScript and Node.js, including experience building data-intensive applications.
• Solid product instincts: you think about the customer's problem first, and use that to guide your technical approach

• Agentic engineering: Build shared infrastructure for agent environments, repository context, event-driven workflows, verification, runtimes, automated merge flows, and measurement.
