Pave is a FinTech startup reinventing financial products for millennials, starting with traditional loans. Traditional loans have not changes in decades and we believe millennials deserve something better. We look at a number of signals in addition to one's credit history (e.g., expected future income, education, hire-ability) to offer lower, more personalized rates (e.g., payment flexibility, grace periods, etc.), while also delivering a more human experience. Based in West Soho, we are a small, energized team who has honed our skills and experience in law, structured finance, payments and social networking at companies such as Apple, American Express, Facebook, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft and Visa. We care a LOT about providing a better and more personal experience to our generation and are looking for someone as enthusiastic as we are about the future of Pave.
