PATH EX careers

PathEx486 is an extracorporeal blood cleansing device designed to selectively remove bacteria, including multi-drug resistant strains, and endotoxin from circulating blood. Reduction in elevated bacteria and endotoxin levels represents a novel, promising strategy to treat the root cause of sepsis and inhibit sepsis progression. The PathEx486 technology is a biocompatible fluidic platform designed to remove unwanted infectious agents from circulating blood with >95% efficiency, while allowing healthy blood components to freely move back into the patient. Treatment is comparable to hemodialysis.
