We're a technology company that is inventing the future of cheese. The cheeses are cultured using traditional dairy techniques that have been tailored to nuts.
Our cheeses are years ahead of any competition, and are the first ever to have greater appeal than their dairy counterparts.
We currently have 3 flavors of cream cheeses on the market, and are nearing the launch of aged cheeses (Gouda, Chevre, Brie, and Blue). These are real cheeses. The Blue for example is first cultured with a lactic bacteria, and aged with the same Roquefortti mold used in dairy. It has the distinct Blue flavor and rich flavor.
Our price point for the aged cheeses is also comparable to dairy cheeses, while other nut cheeses are priced much higher.
