68% of women and 57% of men in the UK with mental health problems are parents.
We are developing a mobile platform where parents can anonymously and affordably get expert mental support for all stages of parenthood, through actionable psychotherapeutic sessions, guided meditations & a community with no judgment.
Pareful focuses on the mental performance of the parent which is overlooked once a child is born. This life-changing stage of life brings new anxiety, stress, relationship issues, confidence crisis/self-doubt, guilt and many other mental challenges.
