Parakeet is a cellular home automation service for property managers. We pull booking data and use it to program properties automatically. For example the HVAC is turned on before a guest arrives and the door lock is programmed with a code for each guest. Property managers with a portfolio of distributed and/or remote properties can monitor and control devices from one central location via computer or cell phone. Our team includes technical talent from drone exit Procerus Technologies and Home Automation exits. Parakeet is at the post proof of concept seed stage with clients and revenue.
