hOM is a community management platform through which commercial and residential buildings can outsource resident engagement to increase retention rates. When tenants meet their neighbors the building becomes sticky and churn rates drop.

hOM provides a technology portal that allows residents to see and participate in activities in the building, RSVP to those events, and connect with other tenants. Through its best-in-class tech platform, hOM is able to develop a community by providing on-site fitness programming and free unique events to tenants ranging from smoothie tastings to happy hours, to holiday parties.

hOM runs an average of 3 weekly fitness classes to take place in the amenity spaces or vacant units. On the landlord side, hOM provides streamlined data, operations support through staffing, marketing, supplies, and more. Through hOM’s platform, building owners are able to measure ROI through engagement by space, rooms, and residents, and retention rates.
