At Panicle Tech, we're a lean product studio building AI, DevOps, and full-stack solutions for startups and SMEs across India, the US, and the UAE. We work directly with founders - often on 0 -> 1 builds which means our engineers get real ownership: shipping features end-to-end, making architecture calls, and seeing their work go live fast, not sitting in a big-company queue. We're looking for engineers and technical talent who are comfortable with ambiguity, move quickly, and want to work across a range of stacks and problems rather than one narrow slice of a large codebase. Our current work spans AI/ML systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and full-stack web and mobile development - so curiosity and range matter more than years in any single framework.
