Panicle Tech is a product studio helping startups and SMEs go from idea to shipped product. Founded in 2019, we own the full stack for our clients - architecture, AI/ML systems, cloud infrastructure, security, and full-stack development so founders can focus on the business while we make the technical calls that are hard to unwind later.

We've delivered engineering work for startups across India, the US, and the UAE, and we build our own products in parallel: ColadAI, a multi-LLM workspace with context continuity across Claude, GPT, and Gemini; ServerPulse, AI-driven infrastructure monitoring with anomaly detection; Paisewise, AI-powered personal finance for the Indian market; and SiteGuard Pro, automated security auditing built from real-world pentest experience.

Beyond client and product work, we run a Founder's Office practice: hands-on technical and strategic support for early-stage founders, from first architecture decisions through investor-readiness.

We're a small, high-ownership team based in Gurugram, working with founders worldwide.
