Palouse Ag-Drone Services careers

I propose to provide the agricultural community with aerial analytics using long-endurance remotely controlled small unmanned aerial vehicles (sUAV). Using a digital mapping system, crop field perimeters would be defined, and a computer-generated flight path developed. Each sUAV will carry a multiband-hyper spectrographic camera to collect data via reflected light from the infrared through visible light to the ultraviolet. (This is an off shoot of NASA’s technique to analyze planetary atmospheres prior to sending actual probes.) Once all data was collected, it would be processed through various algorithms to extrapolate information useful to the farmer or agronomist. This information could include GIS mapping information, soil conditions, chemical analysis, plant health, weed pressure, etc.. I want to increase access to quality information available to the agricultural community.
