• Mine Palmetto's data backlog — portfolio, financing, operational, and market data — to surface insights that inform capital structure and financing decisions
• Build Python-based analytical tools, models, and dashboards that translate large, complex datasets into clear, decision-ready outputs for senior leadership

• Build financial models from scratch for capital structures and financing products that have never been executed in the market
• Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to pressure-test new structures and identify the optimal capital mix

• Technical Systems Expert

Lead the end-to-end enhancement lifecycle for multiple applications concurrently (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
Configure roles, permissions, custom forms, workflows, and scripts.
Manage the NetSuite subsidiary, location, and entity structure to support multi-entity consolidation.
Document business requirements from Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders.
Standardize the requirements of development or external development partners.
Translate functional needs into configuration specs, such as: saved searches, workflows, custom fields, and custom records.

• Own monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables across the active portfolio of solar lease, PPA, and battery storage transactions

• Lead the origination, structuring, negotiation, and execution of tax equity, transactions and other tax-efficient financing vehicles with external stakeholders
• Develop and nurture relationships with tax equity investors and identify new sources of tax equity capital

• Manage SaaS applications from access, configuration, and lifecycle perspectives
• Architect and lead Core Systems projects to improve business operations

• Manage and oversee the company’s litigation matters, including pre-litigation disputes, active lawsuits, arbitrations, and similar escalated disputes from inception through resolution
• Proactively manage regulatory investigations and inquiries (such as attorney general investigations and contractor’s board complaints) by finding resolutions to such investigations and forging relationships with applicable regulatory offices.

• SOX Program Ownership

Own the end-to-end SOX 404 compliance program, including scoping, risk assessment, controls documentation, sample testing, and remediation
Lead the development and maintenance of process narratives, risk and control matrices (RCMs), and flowcharts across all in-scope financial processes
Establish and maintain a comprehensive controls inventory, ensuring coverage of entity-level controls, IT general controls (ITGCs), and business process controls
Drive annual SOX scoping decisions in collaboration with internal audit, external auditors and senior leadership

• Support EPC partner requests via email ticketing, chat support, mechanisms.
• Manage all queues & action areas within the financial portal to ensure smooth transactions for partners, and remove friction and blockers to any transactions.

• Manage all investor communication and reporting across equity and debt investors
• Own Palmetto’s investor strategy end-to-end

• Own monthly and quarterly reporting across Palmetto's capital markets funding structures, including tax equity funds, ABS issuances, and warehouse facilities
• Download, manage, and analyze large datasets to support fund reporting and investor requirements

• Focus on developing and executing Excel financial models to support Tax Equity and Debt capital funding
• Lead the execution of tax equity, debt, and equity funding processes with external stakeholders

• Own the service coordination operation from intake through scheduling, service resource assignment, and invoicing, ensuring consistent execution across all service requests that require site visits.
• Lead and develop a team of Team Leads and Service Project Coordinators, setting clear performance expectations, monitoring KPIs, and driving accountability across throughput, SLA adherence, and customer outcomes.
