In order to allow the 300m formal workers in LatAm to share their employment records, we need to build the connexions with A LOT of payroll systems. There are several types of payroll systems - Gig Economy (e.g: Uber, Rappi) - Multinationals (Starbucks, Walmart) - Payroll (Runa, Workday, Oracle) - National Companies (Pemex, Coppel, BBVA) Each connexion with a new system brings a new set of challenges, not only to log in, but also to clean and standardize the data. We are first and foremost a data engineering company, as we always need to organize, refresh and tidy up the data. We are currently using the following tech stack: - Backend: Python and Asyncio - Frontend: Vue.js - Database: AWS - PostgreSQL - Hosting: Heroku
