Paddl’s exclusive “Application Challenges” allow employers to assess an applicant based on their ability, and not simply on what school they went to or marks they received. Importantly, it is also the home of Paddl Profiles, where we’re developing a world first way to capture your experience to better demonstrate your ability.

Paddl Games are the ultimate “Application Challenge”. They are competitive business innovation events (similar to hackathons) through which participants can build workplace experience, and demonstrate their ability and suitability for employment. We invented Paddl Games as an exciting way for young professionals and top companies to share the rewarding experience of solving a business problem in order to inform better hiring decisions.
