Overwatch Digital Health (ODH) is a software application company that has developed an epileptic seizure monitoring application that runs on an Apple LTE watch, that will alert caregivers when a seizure occurs and log the events for accurate data for doctors. Overwatch is also acquiring other emerging medical devices/software companies which diagnose and monitor other neurological conditions, including impaired driving detection for police departments by scanning eyes with a mobile application. We are investing in multiple companies and are building a local team who can contribute their skills and expertise to help create a consumer-ready and marketable product.
