Outside team members live and work in Nepal, the U.K., Europe, and the U.S., so we find creative ways to collaborate across four time zones. Internationally, we celebrate a mix of holidays and take every opportunity to visit each other in new or shared cities. In Nepal, we play futsal & table tennis; make chatpate, pani puri, and milk tea; go on hiking trips; and participate in weekly Knowledge-Sharing Sessions. Plus, we eat a lot—a lot!—of momos.
