Once your resume gets shortlisted, our hiring process is very simple and transparent: 1. Introductory call with Aayush (Founder & CEO) to discuss the opportunity in detail to find if it is the right fit for the individual and the company 2. Skill assessment round(s). This includes take-home tasks, code pairing exercises, solution design, mock sales calls, previous work experience evaluations, etc. 3. If the skillset matches our expectations, the last discussion is with Aayush on offered compensations, etc.
