Currently, organisations employ personnel who need to run calculations, transfer salaries, and ensure compliance (tax deducted at source, provident fund, professional tax, ESI etc) manually. This entire process can be outsourced to Opfin for a low cost. At Opfin, we exploit technology as much as possible to reduce manual labour. We have an extremely small team loaded with generalists who sometimes specialise in tasks like programming, accounting or design, but are expected (and encouraged) to contribute in all facets of the product. Everybody works remotely unless absolutely required, and is given a large degree of flexibility to help their productivity.
