OPEX Alliance is a startup specialized in designing methods for assessing the performance of the organization of companies and public services. Such methods elaborate on Lean and the concept of Operational Excellence (hence the name). They cover all aspects of the life of organizations: process, people, technology, quality, etc. The company was founded by consultants with decade long practical experience in putting theory in practice. OPEX Alliance aims at bringing the benefits of such methods to companies of any size by publishing them on its self-assessment portal. Instead of hiring expensive consultants to know what are the problems, the private/public organizations may do it themselves. Eventually, based on the analysis they may get help from consultants to solve specific issues. But the OPEX Alliance does not provide consulting services.
