We curate residents in beautifully designed coliving spaces- shared housing for urban Millennials.
We create a vibrant, authentic community where residents get deep social value through meaningful relationships with their housemates. Shared meals, events, workshops and creative projects all happen consistently through resident-led initiatives.

We hold long-term contracts on apartment buildings that are designed for our model but built and financed by our real estate development partners. We take a fee on rents.

We have recently closed 6 deals with property developers, including a 60-bedroom new construction project being built to our specs. We currently have 3 properties open, serving 43 residents with no vacancy loss and upwards of 1,000 people on the waiting list.
