Director of Communications The team at OOjEE will be bringing on a Communications Director, to join the core team, leading OOjEE’s efforts in building awareness and positioning for the brand via marketing and public relations. Responsibilities to include: - providing guidance to our team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies - competitor analysis - user persona development - planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and ads - overseeing social media marketing and content marketing - communicating with the team to develop the marketing plans - Write media releases and assist with newsletters - Create media kits and information packages - Write PR pitches to local journalists - Generate ideas on how to promote and grow our brand and image - Must have basic skills in copywriting and social media marketing - Must have the ability to build relationships with the media - Brainstorm integrated solutions to generate brand awareness and encourage people to take action If you feel you could be a good fit for the role, let's have a chat!
