Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and deliver the required workloads from home and from the designated data centers and offices in New Jersey as required.
Ensure business-critical request activities received through ServiceNow and email are managed and delivered in line with the respective SLAs and in coordination with the relevant Data Center Operations teams and field engineers.
