Hello, we’re Husayn, Eamon and Ruhul. We founded Onfido in 2012 after receiving seed money from Oxford University, which is where we met. Onfido is much more than how it began: it's a company of nearly 300 people on a mission to do build something amazing, with our culture at the heart. Our values We created our values early on in Onfido’s development, and they are very much the backbone of the company. They guide everything from the way we behave as a team, to the roles we offer and how we find the right people for them. We hold quarterly Values Awards, where we recognise the Onfidoers who uphold the values especially brilliantly: and the whole company votes for who wins.
