The system for supporting the process of finding the right candidates is a software that will be used by those who are willing to join us on board, as well as by staff with the privileges of managing the system. There are more people looking for such changes, and thus there is a need for an easier, faster and simpler way, of conducting the search process. The implementation of this project is expected to reduce costs and time spent in the process of finding suitable humans. Through screening questionnaires, divided into four category classes: cognitive, personality, integrity & e-intelligence, Elliot will develop roles suited for the required needs of an eco-culture. The same types of behavioral assessments will be used by candidates in the process of applying for those roles. How do we determine best fit candidate? System provides behavioral assessments to identify applicant’s unique strengths, including skills, knowledge and talents. A person’s strengths are key to that person’s personality. Some of the determined characteristics include: • Ideator - Interests the ideas • Developer - Helps other grow and reach their full potential • Relator - Enjoys forming meaningful relationships with others • Achiever - Ambitious and takes pleasure in being productive • Includer - Willing to include/accept others • Learner - Continually learning and seeking outlets for self-improvement
