Elliot will gather this information from other cities where the surveys will be conducted. Candidate-based applications will be distributed on the airports. Through the behavioral assessments Elliot will develop needed roles based on the gathered knowledge on the journey. The same assessments will be used for finding the appropriate candidates that are a fit those roles. Elliot will focus on incorporating the new design shown in presentation and completion of current functionalities & integration of Azure Behavioral Analytics for better track of behaviors and issues.
