I spent a long time watching good businesses in Dhaka lose money to problems that had nothing to do with their product. A confirmed order that never gets paid for. A parcel handed to the courier with the worst return rate in that district. A customer who asks a question at 11pm and hears back at noon the next day. None of that is a product problem. All of it is an operations problem, and operations is where the margin goes. We built Omnistra because those are not edge cases here, they are the job. Solving them properly meant building the whole thing: the workflow engine, the tag taxonomy, the emotion tracking, Order OS, the courier routing logic. Not a layer on top of someone else's platform.
