Currently all electronic data collected in MENA through the legal discovery process has to be sent out of the country to be processed. There is a significant risk of both breaching Data Privacy Rules of the local courts and breaching client confidentiality. Omnis plan to forensically collect the data from our clients locally, upload onto our secure data centre in Dubai and to process, project manage and deliver the entire eDiscovery without the data ever leaving MENA.
