Our flagship customer is The Fragrance Shop (TFS), a top 50 UK retailer with 220+ stores and a t/o of 120M+. Through our engagement with TFS we have helped to increase online revenues by 5x and conversion rate increase over the length of our engagement by 50%. We have a team of 80+ based in New Delhi, and 4 in the UK. We are currently generating revenue. Our platform is designed to fill the mid-market (£20M - £150M t/o) void. That is - retailers who are not big enough to afford the SAP, Hybris / Demandware type solutions and are too big for the BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Shopify solutions. Using Magento 2 involves huge customisation and extension which makes the cost prohibitive for a lot of retailers. Our platform provides everything they need, without a retailer having to go out to multiple 3rd parties to solve their pain points.
