• A two-year degree in relevant course of study is required.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), AutoCAD. Experience with database applications such as MRP/ERP system is beneficial.

• Plan, organize, and manage contract manufacturing projects from start to successful completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, communicating via phone and email to build professional relationships.

• Evaluate current manufacturing methods and equipment to identify areas of improvement.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Read, interpret, and review grating products on contract or erection drawings.
• Analyze specifications and identify project-specific requirements from bid documents.

• Design, develop, and deploy generative-AI agents, RAG applications, and automation workflows on Azure (Logic Apps, OpenAI, ML, DevOps).
• Code primarily in C#/Python; ship via CI/CD.
