Offstreet's vision is to become the leading software supplier to the parking industry. Our goal is to make cities more accessible and livable by turning bad parking experiences into good ones. We build tools for parking operators to better manage their inventory, and most importantly, to improve the parking experience for drivers.

Offstreet's Guest Registration tool is designed to manage free parking resources. Free parking presents unique challenges: it's often abused by tenants, managers have few tools to manage their asset, and rules are nearly impossible to enforce. Guest Registration allows drivers to register for parking through a web app on their phone. Enforcement officers get a live data feed of registered parkers to better do their jobs. Managers can fully tailor the software to their lot, including custom time, date, and frequency of use options.
