O'Donnell Moonshine careers

Our Product is a wheat based Spirit in which we triple distil, adding natural flavourings to create three different liqueurs.

Tough Nut - a soft and velvety moonshine liqueur made from hazelnuts, caramel and nougat blended with our “High Proof” spirit.

Roasted Apple - a smooth and tempting moonshine liqueur made from almond, apple, cinnamon and vanilla blended with our “high proof” spirit, the flavour is then tied together with a squeeze of lemon added just moments before bottling.

Bitter Rose - a moonshine liqueur made from a blend of our “High Proof ” spirit alongside a mixture of sharp, acidic grapefruit notes that combine beautifully with fruity accents of rose hip. Its distinctive red colour comes from the addition of black elderberry.
