If they don't win they can still purchase the item for our competitive price minus what they have already spent in bids and free shipping. We create an atmosphere where the customer feels like they can't lose. At the same time we are a business and need to make money to keep operating. Our money is made off of bid pack purchases and not the products themselves. We also make money on the back end if a user decides to use the Buy It Now option. With the right funding and marketing the revenue possibilities are nearly endless. Example: If we have just 2500 users buying the cheapest bid pack ($30) per month that is $75,000 in revenue.
