Nudge is a free health tracking hub for iOS and Android. The app syncs data from the most popular lifestyle tracking apps and wearables like Moves, Fitbit, Strava, RunKeeper, Sleep As Android, Jawbone UP, and more to provide the most clean, seamless and actionable user experience possible for lifestyle health tracking.

Each feedback mechanism in the app is designed to organize data in a way that provides maximum meaning to a user at-a-glance. Key visuals include our unique approach to a Log, which provides immediate and interactive visual feedback on DAILY goals for exercise, nutrition, hydration and sleep. The Dashboard then combines these 4 core lifestyle inputs into a one graphic producing a single, proprietary index called the Nudge Factor. This graphic score provides feedback to a user based on 30-days of lifestyle data making it easy to go beyond daily choices to gain insights into ongoing health habits.
