Lead the design and development of automotive instrument clusters (IPC) and head-up displays (HUDs), creation of 3D Models and 2D drawings including GD&T for all structural components considering DFM/DFA factors and assembly drawings, cost, material & component specifications, and other design factors.

Direct and support Supply Chain departmental activities to support production. Lead managers and supervisors to achieve set inventory levels and production plans. Manage to and report performance against KPI targets. Lead collaboration with engineering, production, and quality to prepare the organization for best practices and smooth start-ups.
