The hard truth is that it’s easier to buy new clothes than navigate repair shops’ outdated processes. NYC is home to +7.5k tailors, cobblers, etc. who have spent decades perfecting their craft...not learning new tech. This vast digital gap is a barrier to modern consumers who expect convenience and control in every experience.
