• Investigate buildings, structures, and construction systems to evaluate damage, deterioration, and performance issues
• Perform field assessments and site inspections to identify structural concerns and determine root causes of failures

• Provide technical support required for completion of both routine and unique or complex projects.
• Provide review of projects requiring complex and innovative investigation techniques and the analysis and formulation of recommendations in written reports to clients.

• Managing and coordinating Construction Materials Testing, Special Inspections, and Geotechnical Engineering projects.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and technical consultation.

• Provide project management and technical oversight for building envelope, facilities, and roofing projects from initial assessment through completion
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear, professional communication throughout each project

• Lead and manage FDEP Petroleum Restoration Program (PRP) projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project goals are met within the specified timeline and budget.
• Provide physical oversight of monitoring well/soil boring installation, groundwater sampling, regulatory and client interactions, pilot testing, tank and spill bucket closures and proposal preparation.

• Develop and design building envelope, roofing/waterproofing, and facade solutions for various projects.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of existing building envelopes to identify issues and recommend improvements.

• Project coordination of field technicians, schedules, and resources to meet project timelines.
• Preparation of client proposals and report preparation

• Field testing of soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, and masonry mortar/grout for compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, DOT, and/or project specifications
• Review of blueprints in preparation of field observations on construction sites

• Project Leadership: Manage PRP projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and regulatory milestones are met
• Remedial Design & Implementation: Oversee site assessments, feasibility studies, and engineering designs for soil and groundwater remediation

• Project Coordination & Oversight

Manage and schedule field staff for construction materials testing and inspections.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of field activities and results.
Oversee quality assurance and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
