We're building a smart assistant app for healthy phone use. We do this by combining machine learning and cognitive behavioral therapy to help smartphone over-users feel in control again.

We also love to do yoga, go running, hike, lift weights, drink coffee and publish YouTube videos.

We believe that in ten years from now, healthy technology use is going to be one of the most important skills of our digitized society, enabling a meaningful increase in well-being and productivity. With nlbb, we want to be the backbone of this skill.
