NISAMORPH is a Shanghai-anchored neurotechnology company focused on non-invasive BCI software and long-term modular neuroprosthetics. Guided by the "Ship of Theseus" architecture, our mission is to develop technologies for the non-disruptive, step-by-step restoration and replacement of damaged brain tissue while maintaining individual consciousness continuity.
The Problem We Address
Biological brain tissue faces inherent physiological boundaries. Progressive neurodegenerative conditions—such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s—result in permanent neuronal loss. We operate on a phased engineering and scientific approach:
Phase 1 (2026–2028): Commercialization of AI-driven EEG decoding algorithms for post-stroke rehabilitation, building operational revenue and clinical data models.
Phase 2 (2029–2035): Development of endovascular electrode arrays (semivascular stents) enabling exoprosthetic control without craniotomy.
Phase 3 (2036+): Deep bio-integration of compatible synthetic cortex modules for targeted tissue prosthetic replacement.

NISAMORPH operates at the center of Shanghai’s biotech ecosystem, leveraging infrastructure within Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park and collaborating with research talent from regional academic hubs, including Fudan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU).
