A virtual A.I. assistant (named Holly) for healthcare providers. Holly chats with patients via text messaging (SMS) to manage appointments. She connects with the provider’s calendar or EHR -- AthenaHealth, Allscripts, CloudCare, Google Calendar, among others. She reminds, confirms, cancels, asks feedback, schedules, manages wait-lists, and reschedules appointments, updating the provider’s calendar automatically. Roadmap includes inbound appointment scheduling, recalls for treatments, and reactivation of dormant patients. There are no downloads or apps to install. A provider simply connects Holly to their calendar and she starts working.
