Ending the rental housing chaos
Nextlanding ends the chaos of the $10 Bn+ rental housing market, starting in New York City.

We’re organizing the chaos of the rental market for tenants. All rental housing information in one place, with each listing verified to be available and accurate using proprietary technology, and all information updated constantly--and we’re also making it easier (and possible) to get into apartments without the use of brokers, saving tons of time and money.

We charge tenants an access fee to use our product, have made $20000+ in revenue since first launching earlier this year, and have helped almost 1,000 paying customers find apartments to rave reviews on $0 in marketing.

Nextlanding is a team of 3: John Errico (Yale/Cornell Law); Gene Sussman (Yale); and Scott Coates (3rd startup).
