Roles are equity-heavy at this stage, with cash compensation evolving as the company progresses through fundraising, pilots, and early deployments. NEUREON is building deterministic, edge-native safety infrastructure for industrial environments where milliseconds determine outcomes. This is real-world engineering focused on physical AI systems, machine-level intervention, and deployment-grade infrastructure—not theoretical research or passive monitoring software.
