• Program Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive program plan to continue the rollout of KCS initiative to all required groups across Netskope.
Improve the strategy of the internal enablement series and continue ensuring high quality and high impact sessions are conducted by working with experts from different departments.
Work with stakeholders to define metrics for success and establish key milestones.

• Partnering with senior engineering leadership and hiring managers to identify and anticipate needs, and developing sourcing strategies and targets that generate a consistent candidate pipeline.
• Playing a full life-cycle recruiting role for your searches, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, and using your knowledge of the competitive landscape, market compensation norms and candidate psychology to help guide the candidate and hiring manager through the offer negotiation and closing process.

• Federal Compliance and Auditing

Collaborate with the Security and GRC Leadership along with Federal Program teams to perform audits and assessments for federal programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
Assist in the development and review of mandatory documentation (SSP Packages).
Oversee annual compliance audits, including FedRAMP High, PBMM, IRAP, ISMAP, and others, liaising with external auditors and accreditation authorities.
