I started The Black Girl Doctor to offer culturally relevant mental health services to successful Black women who despite having it all together on the outside, sometimes need a place to process what's happening on the inside. As a company, we are committed to Black Joy as a social justice issue and strongly believe that the desire to be successful should not rob people of their ability to experience joy daily. All our doctors have expertise in working with Black women but we proudly serve a community that represents all gender identities and cultural backgrounds.
