Thousands of customers across Canada trust us, and our fully remote team of 18 passionate individuals who are not only working to solve real problems in real estate, but also actively love using our product.

In April 2023, we launched a new version of our mortgage platform to enable major customer volume growth and the development of many new powerful products and features. We also introduced Perch Capital, a Mortgage Investment Corporation (MIC) which has opened up exciting new revenue opportunities for our organization in being able to act as a lender.
