We all know the story of someone who was struggling with some sort of mental wellness issue and just couldn't reach out. The challenge is making the process simple for them to remove obstacles, especially self-imposed ones, to reaching out for help, the journey from struggle to help is just too difficult to overcome; guilt, shame, stigma, you name it. We want to take that away and make reaching out as acceptable and expected as catching up for lunch, but even easier, no one has to pick the restaurant.
