We are looking for a hands-on CTO/technical cofounder to add to our team. We are now looking to improve our MVP and also looking to put together designs for a working app. You will have a strong front end and backend experience along with platform development and iOS mobile app development as this will be a core requirement of this position. You’re a designer. Not just a web or a UX designer…you will love your craft and the ability to think outside the box. You love being challenged, you want to interact with things that solve real problems. You will transform our website and platform from MVP to immersive and create a one stop shop for all individual career requirements. You will help create a brand for us for the people that want to use. your attention to detail will set our Brand on fire and even our packaging will make people want more at the very click of a button, because it's so damn simple. If you like solving problems…well aren't you just a dream come true? The CTO/cofounder will see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational and communication skills along with attention to detail. MyCareerBase Founder Fun Facts:
 - Do you get paid? Ha, you’re funny. We're a startup, no one gets paid. Not yet anyway, although you will get equity in what has a very good chance of being a high growth business in a $300 billion industry. - Do you need to be in Australia? Yes. We tried the long distance thing…it doesn't work
 - Do you need to be full time? Nope, it’s totally flexible to start with. You could fit it in around a full or part time job however the aim is to become full time when we start securing clients and making all of the money. Technical requirements: • 3+ years of front and back-end development work • Industry experience / knowledge in platform development • Previous experience of team management is a big plus. • Experience working with a startup Good understanding of testing practice
