Bubble Human Rights is a global mind altering tech regulation program that evangelizes the utilization of directed energy satellite signalling. Ethically penetrating the brain's neurological pathways by monitoring and subliminally guiding human thought patterns, interpretation of the senses, and external perception. Thus, governing the seat of intelligence (or hive mind interoperability) to safely and effectively achieve absolute peace. If I asked you, what you sensed in your mind of the world right now, you would most likely say that this code of conduct has always been tied to a much bigger phenomenon and nobody really knows what to call it. We must closely examine, and ultimately determine who possess what (positive or negative) intentions. Then, assemble a much greater power to incentivize or penalize each conflicting side competing for control of mankind.
