Market Expansion Leads - Germany, France & United Kingdom Locations: Germany, France, or United Kingdom - Remote MyVoiceCounts is expanding across Europe and is hiring separate Market Expansion Leads for Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. We are looking for experienced local operators who combine a strong understanding of their country’s political and institutional environment with practical experience in go-to-market strategy, partnerships, business development, and market expansion. This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with the founders to establish MyVoiceCounts in your market, identify the strongest customer segments and use cases, build relationships with political and civic stakeholders, develop an early customer pipeline, secure pilots and partnerships, and help turn initial traction into a scalable local operation. Strong candidates may come from backgrounds in government, political campaigns, public affairs, civic tech, GovTech, advocacy, strategic partnerships, startups, or new-market launches. Direct experience within the political or government system of the country you are applying for is important, but political experience alone is not enough—we are looking for people who can translate market knowledge and relationships into measurable results. You should be comfortable operating independently, creating opportunities from scratch, testing assumptions, gathering market feedback, and helping shape product positioning, pricing, and strategy for your country.
