MyVoiceCounts is a civic-tech platform built to make public opinion more trustworthy, transparent, and accessible.
Today, it is increasingly difficult to understand what people genuinely think. Online discussions can be distorted by bots, fake accounts, coordinated activity, social pressure, and highly vocal minorities. Traditional polling can also be limited by small samples, infrequent data collection, and the gap between a survey and ongoing public participation.
MyVoiceCounts is designed to address that problem by creating a space where real people can participate anonymously while the authenticity of participation is verified. Users can take part in public initiatives and events, express support for specific topics, and see aggregated public statistics in real time.
Our verification system is built around the principle of one person, one voice. Depending on the event, participants can be verified through identity-verification methods designed to prevent bots, fake accounts, and duplicate participation while keeping individual votes anonymous. For KYC-based verification, MyVoiceCounts uses encrypted identifiers so that participation can be validated without exposing a voter’s identity or connecting their identity to an individual vote.
The platform also gives organizers a structured way to create public events and initiatives, present topics for participation, and receive transparent aggregated feedback from verified participants. Organizers are identifiable, while participants remain anonymous—combining accountability on one side with privacy on the other.
